National Fantasy Football Championship offers great opportunites

As mentioned in both Fantasy Football Guidebook and Fantasy Football Tips I highly recommend the National Fantasy Football Championship (NFFC) or one of its low cost satellite leagues. In 2011 the NFFC is teamed up with STATS while ownership has been transferred from FANBALL.

The NFFC (http://nffc.stats.com/football/home/nffc/index.asp) has been around since 2004 and continues to provide great customer service, quick payouts and some great FF innovations. I love the fact that they use third round reversal (3RR) and the Kentucky derby system (KDS) to eliminate the draft spot bias which I truly believe gives the 1st pick as much as a 5% advantage over the last pick.

The NFFC offers two high stakes leagues:

1) The Classic a 14-team league with a $1400 entry and offering a $100,000 Grand Prize and $8,750 in league prizes.
and
2) The Primetime a 12-team league with a $1400 entry and offering a $100,000 Grand Prize and $8,200 n league prizes.

Another difference maker is the NFFC offers live drafts on Saturday 3 September in Las Vegas, Chicago and New York and the Primetime expands that to Saturday 10 September in all three locations (And Friday 9 Sep in Las Vegas). Online drafts are offered on multiple days too!

The NFFC also offers some low and mid priced contests as well. Satellite leagues start at $125 and go to $1000. They also have both 12 and 14 team $60 draft master leagues.

Lots to choose and from two great FF gentlemen in Greg Ambrosius and Tom Kessenich.
